Recharge & Rejuvenate Workshop
This workshop is packed full of tools & techniques based on Kinesiology and Energy Medicine. It is a fun, active and hands on training where you will learn lots of tools to support your own health and well-being.
The workshop has been well received since I collated and began teaching it many years ago. People find it inspiring to have techniques that they can use to empower their own health and well-being and to use with family members.

Reiki & Seichem Training
I am fully qualified to teach Reiki & Seichem Levels 1, 2 and 3, and have been teaching this for many years. Offering all 3 levels gives students the opportunity to progress within the system become a practitioner and even learn to teach themselves.
The training opens the student to channel the universal energies of Reiki & Seichem and teaches them how to use this energy for self healing and healing others.
The workshops are generally held over a weekend but Level 3 will require more involvement so might take place over several weekends.
I generally run small groups from my home clinic in Herefordshire, but am happy to travel to you should you have a group group of friends or colleagues that would be interested in training.
