About

A lifelong interest in holistic health led me to train in Reiki & Seichem, Health Kinesiology and The Bowen Technique. I undertake regular Continued Professional Development training (CPD) which enables me to be a full member of the Bowen Association in the UK and Australia. I am also a full member of the Kinesiology Federation in the UK and The Reiki & Seichem Association in the UK.

My therapy training and subsequent work in practice has taken me on an amazing journey of discovery. I believe that everything I have learned has a positive impact on my work as a therapist and adds a different dimension to what can be achieved for my clients. For example, learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine through my Kinesiology training and beyond has shown me how everything in our bodies, and indeed our lives, are interrelated and that all these things have an impact on our health.

I constantly update my knowledge and skills by attending advanced training, workshops and reading around the subject of health and well-being. In my training, I have studied Counselling Skills, Nutrition and Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology for Holistic practitioners. I have also studied Touch for Health – a branch of Kinesiology.

My Practice

In my practice, I work with the therapy that best fits the needs of the individual at any one time and the packages and treatment sessions that I offer are tailored to each client.

In a first consultation I will spend time assessing your needs and will then treat you accordingly from my toolkit of therapies, techniques and protocols. Subsequent sessions will build on the initial work we have done together taking into consideration the changes that you have experienced and I will work with the therapy that best meets your needs at that time.

I also offer two specific packages called Restore in Four and Calm and Clear, please click on the links to read more about those and if you would like more information please get in touch.

A lot of my work is offered via Zoom or Skype these days where we speak online and then work together with a mix of on and offline time. I find this way of working incredibly effective and clients enjoy the flexibility of this approach. I also still offer some face-to-face sessions where it is more appropriate to see an individual in person.

I hope you will enjoy browsing my website and that it inspires you on your own health journey, if you need any further support or information please do get in touch.

If you would like to register for a free 15 minute discovery call to see how I can help you, please feel free to contact me.

Much love,

Helen.
