I offer my services as stand-alone sessions or as part of the programmes that I have created, including Restore your Glow, Calm and Clear and Restore in Four. I also offer a session focusing on Arthritis, Spondylitis, and Autoimmune conditions.
I offer in person treatment sessions from my clinic near Ledbury in Herefordshire and remotely via online. Treatments are very gentle, non-invasive, and suitable for all age groups and at all stages of pregnancy.
First Consultation
In the first session, I will take a detailed account of what you are experiencing and discuss the issues you would like to work with. I will also look at any supporting information such as doctors’ notes, MRI scans, X-rays, and lists of prescription medicines and supplements you are taking. I will also treat you in this session. This consultation lasts up to 1.5 hours.
Follow-up sessions
In follow-up sessions will work with the therapy that best fits your needs at the time. For example, I may need to work on structural balance for you by using The Bowen Technique. Subsequent sessions may involve addressing other aspects such as emotional issues, allergies, or nutrition. The skills I have enable me to find the best solution for you. Follow-up sessions typically last just over 1 hour.
I usually recommend a course of four treatments over a period of several weeks, this will allow us to make the most impact. If you book this as a package I offer the sessions at a discounted rate (see below).

Alternative payment methods
I am open to receiving payment via other means, so if you can offer something of value in exchange for treatment sessions then I am very happy to exchange. Please do get in touch if this is the case. I also offer some concessionary rates for those who are struggling.
Cancellation policy
In the event of you having to cancel your appointment, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. If less notice is given I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Hay Fever help!
