Electromagnetic Frequencies and how they affect you. 

What are Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF)?

Electromagnetic fields or frequencies are invisible energy fields created from the movement of electrically charged particles. These are generated by various sources such as 5G towers, Wi-Fi routers, and other common electrical devices. There are many studies stating that long-term exposure to these fields can cause a multitude of health issues.

Understanding how EMF affects human health.

EMF can impact the body in many ways, and it is unique to the individual as to how this affects them and manifests. One way I look at it in my clinic is that EMF can exacerbate any underlying problems that an individual has and can amplify these. It could also trigger things that may have not triggered without exposure to the frequencies. The frequencies are tripping the switch and trigger the problem/s.

5G is in a league of its own in terms of the EMF it emits it also has the capacity to be used in a negative way by those who own it. Most people do not know that 5G was and probably still is used as a military-grade weapon. This is well documented in that for example, 5G has been used as a crowd control in the US. It is also documented that 5G can be used to influence the emotions of humans and can be ramped up at any time to exert its influence such as inducing states of heightened stress or depression for example. People think that the technology is of benefit to us with faster download speeds and the like, but this comes at a high price and the technology could also have a much more sinister intent behind it.

Some of the problems caused by EMF exposure include:

  • Heightened stress
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Digestive problems
  • Sleep issues
  • Bodily repair problems
  • Immune system issues
  • Burns
  • Reproductive issues
  • Cancers
  • Emotional problems
  • Mood disorders
  • General sickness and feelings of ill-health

How to protect yourself from EMF

As you can see the problems caused by EMF exposure are far-reaching and we need to bear these in mind when we consider our current and future health routines and regimes.

Often in my practice when someone is just not getting better or if they get better for a short period then continuously relapse, I look to EMF to see if this is a problem for them.

EMF problems are often the missing link that are having a negative impact on their health, and well-being.

There are many things that can be done or devices that can be used to mitigate the negative impact of EMF exposure. It is always useful to clue yourself up as best you can with what you can do to help yourself, but some suggestions are below.

Basic checklist to get started:

  • Switch Wi-Fi off on a night
  • Switch off the 5G setting on your phone
  • Switch off the data on your phone off when you are not using it.
  • Switch your phone to airplane mode when you are not using it
  • Switch off all devices at night and put them in a different room to the one you sleep in
  • Switch off your Wi-Fi when you are not using it
  • Don’t carry your phone in a pocket or anywhere near your body.

Swap harmful devices for healthier alternatives:

  • For example, instead of using the ear bud headphones which pass a current of electricity through your head, look at things like air tube headphones.
  • Swap your Wi-Fi router for a wired router.

Look into devices that you can use with your tech:

  • Such as protective stickers that can mitigate EMF and radiation, and
  • Protective cover/s for your devices like the Wave Wall or Faraday bags

Look into wearable devices:

  • Such as Shungite or Orgonite pendants or bracelets
  • Harmony Eight and EE pendants (there are many different types of specialist pendants and wearable jewellery available)
  • Tesla purple plate and pendants
  • Body-Align health harmony bracelet (there are many different types of specialist wearable bracelets available)

There are many products of this nature on the market, what I do in practice is test people for the best wearable device for them personally.

Look at devices for your environment:

There are many devices that can be used in your environment, and this will depend on where you live, how you live and what you need protection from. As with the wearable devices, I often test clients for the right device for their needs.

Some environmental protective devices include:

  • Bed canopies that surround you whilst you sleep
  • Protective clothing
  • Fabrics that can be put over or around things like batteries / solar panels etc
  • Faraday paint can be used to paint walls
  • Faraday cages for things like smart meters (if you can’t get rid of them)
  • Orgonite pieces to be placed around the home
  • Shungite and other crystals placed around the home

How I work with EMF issues in practice

When I am working with clients, I have several “procedures” and “corrections” that I can use to help a body deal with and heal from EMF exposure. I also have many things that I can advise clients to do for themselves including wearable devices to protect them from EMF and things they can use in their home.

I will often run an entire session on EMF if an individual shows that this is what they need or tests for it or requests it. With the advent of 5G being switched on and everywhere nowadays this is coming up more and more. It is also important to get the right protection for your individual needs as we all respond so differently to things.

Self Help

A quick technique that you can try immediately and use daily to help your body get rid of unnecessary EMF is the Degaussing technique, detailed below.

The Degaussing Technique:

  • Take your hair dryer and turn it the other way around so the blower is blowing away from you.
  • Turn the hair dryer on.
  • Make passes / sweeps from your head to your toes down the front, sides and back of your body.
  • Repeat this several times (three is a good amount to clear the EMF build-up)
  • Note how your body feels after doing this.
  • You could use this twice a day in the AM and PM.
  •  It is a good idea to perform the Zip-Up Technique afterwards where you zip up your central meridian.
